Self Massage Workshop
with Elevated Bodywork with Kristin *Manjula*

In this workshop, you will learn to use tennis balls, trigger point tools, golf balls, yoga blocks, blankets, and strap to relieve common areas of tension and pain including hips, low back, shoulders, and neck.
Kristin will use her knowledge of anatomy, breath work, trigger point therapy, kinesiology, and therapeutic bodywork to help you get the most out of these self care techniques. 
All movements will be done on the floor seated or lying down. Options will be given for individual comfort. A worksheet will be provided for you to make notes of techniques and tricks that are especially beneficial to you so you can practice on your own.
I will also share with you some of my favorite self care and self massage tools and routines to do at home. 
No experience is necessary.
Props are provided for use during the workshop.
