Classical Hatha Yoga - Mixed Level

This traditional 90 minute class begins with yoga philosophy and discussion. We also practice pranayama (breathing), asana (postures), and meditative relaxation. Following the same format to include sun salutations, standing postures, side stretching, heart opening, forward bends, and twists - modifications will be offered for all experience levels to benefit and grow. This class is for both the serious practitioner, and those looking for structure, growth, and more traditional instruction. Create a reservation to receive an email reminder 2 days prior to class.
