This class offers a therapeutic and in depth approach to yoga, anatomy, and posture assessment.
You will learn:
- Anatomy of the low back, hips, and core as well as common culprits of low back pain
- Yoga poses for stretching, relaxing, and restoring areas of tension
- Exercises to strengthen the core muscles to improve posture and stability
Whether your low back pain is from tension or weakness, you will learn to manage, prevent, and relieve your symptoms.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one - some available for use.
