This class uses strong movements linked together with breath and focus. Employing the theory of 'Triputi' - unifying the body, mind, and breath, this class moves at a moderate to active pace to build heat, strength, and stability in the body and mind.
This welcoming class offers modifications to keep everyone practicing safely to build strength and stamina. It may not be suitable if you are nurturing injuries.
Reservations and pre-payment required for all classes to observe social distancing.
-Streaming (Live online, receive a link approx. 15 minutes before class. If you create a reservation, you will receive a link after class to view the recording for 24 hours.)
-On Demand (Reserve to view a pre-recorded class for 24 hours using the Content Library link from the Punchpass calendar.)
-Studio (Attend class live in the studio! Practice social distancing with limited attendance. Masks required in all areas except your mat, they are optional.)
-Gardens (Weekly gentle classes at Rotary Gardens. Masks not required but encouraged indoors.)
