Breathe's Barre Flow classes combine conditioning exercises and ballet movements for grace. They are designed to develop strength, control, and grace in movement for everyday life as well as supporting your yoga practice. They are perfect for people who want to work on joint stability and posture.
Their accessibility welcomes the complete beginners as well as provide a challenge for the more experienced.
Reservations and pre-payment required for all classes to observe social distancing.
-Streaming (Live online, receive a link approx. 15 minutes before class. If you create a reservation, you will receive a link after class to view the recording for 24 hours.)
-On Demand (Reserve to view a pre-recorded class for 24 hours using the Content Library link from the Punchpass calendar.)
-Studio (Attend class live in the studio! Practice social distancing with limited attendance. Masks required in all areas except your mat, they are optional.)
-Gardens (Weekly gentle classes at Rotary Gardens. Masks not required but encouraged indoors.)
