This class offers sequencing for those with yoga experience, strong physical awareness, and who are not nurturing injuries. This is the most active and challenging class on the weekly schedule. It's a step up from 'Active Flow' with the addition of more core work, side planking, and some arm balances and inversions. It's a moderate to strong pace and set to fun, upbeat music.
