This new Lunch hour yoga class will begin with the breath and finish with a seated or reclined meditation. In between, we will explore movements including seated, reclined, standing, and flowing postures.
*This class is open to all levels of practice and aims to include both the beginner and experienced yogi. The shorter class length will provide an effective practice of movement and stillness to rejuvenate and calm you for the rest of your day.
