Therapeutic Yoga - Gentle

This 75 minute yoga class offers a therapeutic and restorative approach to all aspects of the practice including intention, breath work, range of motion exercises, postures, fascia release, relaxation, meditation, and sound healing. With the use of lots of props including massage balls, these practices lend to pain relief, stress reduction, and personal awareness. Great for the beginner or if you're looking to slow down, address tension in the body, and relax the mind.
*For those who have been attending Kristin's Wednesday evening Yin/Restore class, this is a very similar format, not much will change :)
