Are you looking for a great way to take good care of yourself during your pregnancy? Yoga is an excellent way to nurture yourself and your little one throughout all the changes that pregnancy can bring. This class will offer simple movement, breath work, and a guided meditation for you to connect to your experience. You will also be offered resources and have an opportunity to discuss your pregnancy experience with other women.
*This is for women in ANY phase of the pregnancy journey - pre-conception, pregnant, or postnatal up to a full year or more. There is no doubt that this transformation causes everything to change and this is an opportunity to be a witness and be witnessed.

Led by Kristin who is an experienced yoga instructor, bodywork therapist, and mother to a toddler. She has trained extensively in yoga and studied prenatal yoga prior to and during pregnancy.

Pre-registration is required as space is limited. All props are provided.
