This 45 minute class emphasizes the physical fitness aspects of yoga and will include Barre, Cardio, Core, and Power Flow movements. It's designed to improve muscle tone, balance, stamina, and confidence! 
This is a fun and challenging class set to upbeat music.
All levels welcome! Movements are strong but not advanced and modifications will be provided and you just do what you can :)
