A 5 week commitment for men of all ages to get an introduction to yoga and learn a variety of poses with an emphasis on gaining flexibility. A continuous practice will also help to reduce or avoid any future body aches and stiffness.
Perfect for golfers, laborers, office workers, athletes and retired folks! Our aim is getting men to feel more comfortable taking our regulary scheduled group classes so you can keep enjoying the benefits of a regular practice even after the series is finished.
