Yoga Fundamentals Monthly Workshop

This two hour introductory yoga workshop is offered on a monthly basis and is designed to introduce the beginner to the physical, mental, and spiritual practice of yoga. We will discuss studio etiquette, the structure of a yoga class, the history and different types of yoga. We will practice breathing, postures, and relaxation with an emphasis on both personal awareness and structural anatomy. Kristin's background in yoga, bodywork therapy, psychology, and other movement arts lend to her ability to make the beginner comfortable as well as challenge advanced yogis. *Pre-registration and $20 payment required to reserve your spot.
