Yoga Fundamentals - 3 Week Series

Never tried a yoga class before? Have some experience but want to revisit the basics? This Yoga Fundamentals workshop series consists of 3 two hour weekly sessions and is offered throughout the year by Kristin, Breathe owner and senior teacher. It is an opportunity for those who have never tried yoga or are looking for deeper explanation of poses and other practices at a slower, more detailed pace. You will learn the etiquette of a yoga studio, a philosophical overview, breathing exercises, and proper alignment and variations of common physical postures. No experience is necessary and all questions are welcome! Please come to other classes on the schedule to reinforce your learning and experience the full scope and benefits of a yoga practice.
Cost is $80 for the three sessions. Pre-registration is required. Limited to a small number for personal attention.
