This class will begin with a couple of simple poses and breathing practices to open the body and increase circulation. Following will be a contemplative meditation to bring intention into the practice. Finally, recline and receive the healing sounds of crystal bowls, and chimes. 

No prior experience necessary! This class is great as an introduction as well as a deepening of your current meditation or yoga practice, and an opportunity to set powerful intentions. 
Cost: Regular Class Fees Apply/Free for Members.
