This class is truly a one of a kind and back by request. I want you to feel empowered to manage, relieve, and prevent your own physical pain, tension, and discomfort.
Designed from Kristin's experience combining the movements and breathing from yoga, theory from Thai Yoga Massage, self applied cupping therapy, and anatomical awareness. You will learn how to self apply cups to different parts of the body, use massage balls for trigger point and fascia release, and incorporate breath and movement for maximum efficiency. You will understand how/why these techniques work and leave with a greater sense of self care.
These techniques are extremely effective for pain relief, increasing range of motion, and relief of acute or chronic tension.
*No experience necessary! You are welcome even if you are recovering from injury, surgery, etc. - as long as you have been cleared by your doctor. Please let Kristin know if you are nurturing an injury or limitation.
*Great for bodywork therapists wanting an intro to cupping and to relieve their own tension.
