Linking breath with slower, flowing movements in seated, kneeling, reclined, and standing positions. Flow or 'vinyasa' yoga links the body, mind, and breath by transitioning through movements including variations of sun salutations with the breath as our guide. Modifications, detailed instruction, and a mild pace are offered along with opportunities to build heat and strength. This class is great for those who enjoy flowing and breathing through a variety of poses at a slower pace or are building up to more active classes.
No yoga experience necessary.
Reservations and pre-payment required for all classes to observe social distancing.
-Streaming (Live online, receive a link approx. 15 minutes before class. If you create a reservation, you will receive a link after class to view the recording for 24 hours.)
-On Demand (Reserve to view a pre-recorded class for 24 hours using the Content Library link from the Punchpass calendar.)
-Studio (Attend class live in the studio! Practice social distancing with limited attendance. Masks required in all areas except your mat, they are optional.)
-Gardens (Weekly gentle classes at Rotary Gardens. Masks not required but encouraged indoors.)
