In this relaxing and gentle flow, we use these properties of essential oils to enhance your yoga practice. Combining a gentle effort of standing postures and longer held seated postures, this healing practice will restore balance to your body and mind and promote a sense of health and well-being. Come experience how essential oils can relieve stress, reduce tension, and quiet the mind. You will leave feeling and smelling amazing!
