Never tried a yoga class before? New to Breathe and want an introduction to our space? Interested in a refresher on the intentions of yoga and common poses?
This Yoga Fundamentals series is an opportunity for those who have never tried yoga or are looking for deeper explanation of poses and other practices at a slower pace with more detailed instruction. 
It will cover the essentials of -
- Structure of a yoga class
- Etiquette of the yoga studio
- Three part breathing
- Standing warrior poses
- Standing balance
- Heart Opening
- Sun Salutations
Movements and exercises will be done seated, reclined, using a chair, and standing. You will learn the proper alignment, names of the poses, and modifications to make them most accessible and beneficial for you.
*This class is open to all -  no experience required - all questions are welcome!
*Limited to just 6 people.
*Pre-registration required.
*$60 for the 4 week series which includes one additional weekly class in that time frame.
*Wear comfortable clothes, you may bring a yoga mat if you have one or borrow one of ours - all other props will be supplied. Some yoga mats for sale.
